These pictures were taken this last month during a fireworks production provided by my husbands employer.
These pictures were taken in about 15 minutes at an old meat shop in town. I thought we got some pretty nice pictures considering the fact that we were dealing with two 2-year olds that were running around the yard site. (Note: we had to get these pictures for Great-Grandma Shabaga as a thank-you for knitting the boys matching sweaters.)
This was the first time I took pictures at this meat shop. When I got home and saw how they turned out, I added this spot to my list of future locations. That's the reason my friend and I took the pictures above (with the sweaters) at the same spot.
(Note: I just have to add that Malachi was very cranky when I took these pictures (below). He was throwing stuff, crying, and really wanted no part in the whole picture-taking task.)
I know I sort of over-did it on the text editing, but it was really new to me at this time and I was just trying to see what sort of things I liked. I definitely won't do this much of it in the future but it is fun & I'm sure always do a little. =)
One of these days I'll slowly add some more (past) pictures to this post. But.... hopefully I'll be so busy with new photo shoots that I won't have time. =)
