The S. Family - September 2012

Okay... so I've been a little out of the photography scene for awhile but I got the priviledge of doing some family portraits for my dear friend and her family.  Here's a sneak peak of one we did of just the couple (for fun).  Wish me luck on editing and getting the family portrais ready (fingers crossed).

 

**I'd like to add - now that I live in the country, my high-speed has a very poor upload speed (not fair).  So, in order to get images uploaded I have to drastically down-size them which can affect the quality.  I hope you can use your imagination to picture these as crystal clear portraits.  =)  And if anyone has any suggestions for me on how I can fix this problem, please share! Have a nice day =)

Caitlin Joy Olson

I'd like to welcome the newest addition to our family; Caitlin Joy.  Caitlin is an Irish name and it means "pure".  She truly will bring "pure joy" to our household in the years to come.  God is so good to give us the desires of our heart.  I want to thank Him for the safe & heathly arrival of our daughter.

Here's a selection of some of the family pictures I recently took for the S. Family.  It's so good of them to be patient with me and let me practice on them.  I hope there's a few that they like! =)  I thought they looked pretty good - it helps that they are such a nice-looking family.  Hopefully I edited them in a way that fits their taste.  =) 

Once again, I wasn't sure we spent enough time doing this photo shoot but I guess we spent enough time to get some good shots so that's what counts.

There isn't lots of variety here because we only did one pose - they really only wanted one photo so hopefully there's one here they'll like.  I couldn't choose which one was my favourite so I just posted them all! =)
